Members provide advisory and advocacy services in a wide range of public and constitutional law cases, domestically and within the EU, the Caribbean and the wider Commonwealth.
Members appear at all levels from the Administrative Court and the Upper Tribunal in judicial review claims and appeals from the First Tier Tribunal, up to the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, the European Court of Human Rights and Court of Justice of the European Union. Chambers has a longstanding reputation for dealing with public law and constitutional cases from the Commonwealth and Caribbean, often ending up in the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, the final court of appeal for those jurisdictions. Other members of Chambers have specific expertise in inquiry work, elections disputes, sports and media law and immigration and asylum law.
